Role Description
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2-3years of experience in DevOps practices and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The person will be responsible for tasks such as infrastructure as code (IaC), software development, continuous integration, system administration, and Linux operations to ensure efficient cloud management and software deployment.
Qualifications
- 2 -3 years of experience in DevOps.
- Formal Training in DevOps is mandatory.
- Candidate from startup background will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of computer networks, including subnets, VPCs, security groups, DNS, and related concepts
- Basic experience with Ubuntu or other Linux distributions
- Knowledge of managing Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily interactions with customers to manage their DevOps operations
- Plan, design, and implement DevOps architecture and processes
- Develop and maintain the end-to-end DevOps roadmap
- Optimize and automate infrastructure provisioning and management
- Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud-based systems
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery processes
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance our DevOps capabilities
Good To Have Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with serverless computing
- Knowledge of HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul)
